Maintenance Option
ADT will provide bi-annual visits to site during normal working hours to test if equipment is in working condition. Activity Report Option
ADT will provide monthly report which records all signals received by Central Monitoring Station from the equipment during the Agreement Term. Events Supervision Option
ADT will monitor signals transmitted from alarm equipment at site to the Central Monitoring Station or occurrences to supervised events being AC Loss, Low Battery and System Checks.
Key-holding Option
Provides response to Security Intrusion alarms over 12-hour schedule stipulated by customer and includes 24-hours coverage on Sunday and Public Holidays.

In partnership with an insurance company, ADT can offer a more cost effective way to protect your home and household contents. Additional coverage could be provided for you and your family for losses sustained whilst within the premises. Arm/ Disarm SMS Option
Upon arming/ disarming, ADT will send a SMS to customer’s mobile phone with time of activity. |
